The Raptor 700 is the standard in big-bore sport quad performance. This engine can be modified to reliably produce close to 80HP. Engine Packages
Standard Bore Engine........ The LED Raptor 700 is the ultimate engine package. Horsepower and torque are significantly improved at all RPM. Dyno testing has shown as much 12HP at 5000RPM, 17HP at 6000RPM, and 20HP at 7000RPM. Click HERE for Dyno.
........ The Raptor cylinder head receives precision porting work, combustion chamber modifications, and valve seat cutting and blending. Each head is flow-bench tested to ensure head flow is substantially improved, resulting in much improved power output at mid and upper RPMs.
........ An X style forged high-compression CP piston adds to the acceleration to produce a healthy torque curve with much improved peak torque numbers. Throttle response, low RPM pulling power, and rev-out are greatly improved.
........ Each camshaft is chosen based upon the needs of each customer to produce a broad spread of power from low RPM all the way to the rev-limit. The camshaft package can be changed depending on the type of power delivery that you prefer.
Big-Bore Engine........ TheThe 727cc Big-bore kit for the Raptor 700 takes it to the next level. We improve air flow by porting the head and blending the valve seats to the ports with our 5 angle valve seat grind. We provide our race cam and heavy duty valve springs for added reliability. We increase the compression to 12:1 with our forged piston kit. Our piston features an improved combustion chamber shape for optimum combustion. On the cylinder, we install our 105mm hardened sleeve, then use torque plates to bore and hone the cylinder to match up with the oversized piston. This kit is ideal for the dunes, desert, or high-speed trail riding. Gains include over 18HP at 5000RPM, 22HP at 6000RPM, and 35HP at 7000RPM. Click HERE for Dyno.
