Engine Kits
Standard Bore : Our 200CC kit has won multiple MX, TT, and GNCC titles throughout the last 10 years. This kit includes cylinder porting, head modifications, fresh bore with new piston kit, and all the gaskets necessary to get you running again. 240CC Big-Bore: The Stage 1 240 kit is perfect for trail riding and even works well in the sand dune or MX track. This kit works with either the stock carb or our 30 mm Keihin PWK carb with our jet kit in both. The best results are with 30 mm Keihin and reed spacer. The 30mm carb allows the stock air boot and air box to work with out modification other than removing the air box lid. We install our big bore sleeve and 72 mm bore piston kit. We coat the piston with a thermal barrier coating on the top and a dry film lubricant on the piston skirt. We port the cylinder and improve the combustion chamber by milling and reshaping the head. This increase in displacement allows us to increase the power nearly 12 hp at 7200 rpm and still increase the low-end pull. This kind of power gain assures a major increase in acceleration. The power is improved from below 3000 rpm and pulls hard up to 7000 rpm. At 4000 rpm the power is 3.5 hp stronger than stock. By 5800 rpm the hp is 6.1 hp stronger. Click HERE for Dyno
